HOW TO MAKE BANANA CAKE :-
1. Preheat microwave.
2. Sieve together maida, oats, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk butter, condensed milk, banana and vanilla essence. Whisk till the mixture becomes light, fluffy and creamy.
3. Add buttermilk and whisk well. Slowly add the maida and cocoa powder mixture andchocolate chips and whisk well.
4. Pour the batter into the microwave cake maker. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-6 minutes. Take it out of the oven and set aside to cool for a while.
5. Place the cake in a plate and spread the whipped cream over it and sprinkle chopped almonds and banana slices and serve it.
