Healthy salad

Simple & Healthy "Black Beans salad"

"Black beans salad" essential and good to our good health. Easy to make and good sweet and sour taste with great crunchy texture...

INGREDIENTS :-

  • Black Beans (cooked) or Kidney Beans [1 cup]
  • Tomato (chopped) [1/4 cup]
  • Avocado (chopped) [1/4]
  • Spring Onion [1/4 cup]
  • Extra-virgin Olive Oil [1/2 tbsp]
  • Honey [1 tsp]
  • Lemon juice [1 tsp]
  • Apple [1/2 cup]
  • Black Pepper Powder [1/4 tsp]
  • Salt [1 pinch]
  • Oregano [1 tsp]

HOW TO MAKE BLACK BEANS SALAD :-

Dressing: In a small bowl whisk together the lemon-juice, olive oil,and honey until well combined.

Salad: In a large bowl add the beans, tomato, avocado, apples, onion and spring onion. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss to combine.

3. Top with chopped oregano, a pinch of salt and black pepper.

SIMPLY SERVE AND ENJOY YOUR SALAD BOWL !
