Banana-Oats-Pancakes with chocolate syrup

Fluffy Banana-Oats-Pancakes with chocolate syrup or strawberry topping! The perfect healthy snacks or breakfast for everyone...

INGREDIENTS :-

  • Whole Wheat Flour [1 cup]
  • Milk [1 cup]
  • Yogurt [4 tbsp]
  • Honey [1 tbsp]
  • Oats [1/2 tsp]
  • Baking Powder [1 tsp]
  • Baking Soda [1/2 tsp]
  • Oil [1 tbsp]
  • Banana (peeled, mashed) [2]
  • Salt [1tsp]

PANCAKE TOPPING :-

  • Chocolate Syrup [2 tbsp]
  • Strawberries (chopped) [1 large]
  • Maple Syrup (optional) [2 tbsp]

HOW TO MAKE PANCAKES :-

1. Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix them.

2. Heat a nonstick pan with a butter and place 2 tablespoons of batter in the pan on low heat.

3. Cook until bubbles on top begin to pop and bottoms are golden brown.

4. Use a spatula to flip the pancake and cook another 1-2 minutes on the other side.

5. Set pancakes aside and repeat with remaining batter, enjoy with topping.


TOPPING FOR PANCAKE :-

1. Serve hot with chocolate syrup or garnish with chopped strawberries.
