Apple-Cinnamon-Pancakes with caramel apple topping!

Fluffy Apple-Cinnamon-Pancakes with maple syrup or honey! The perfect breakfast for everyone...

INGREDIENTS :-

  • Whole Wheat Flour [1 cup]
  • Milk [1 cup]
  • Yogurt [4 tbsp]
  • Honey [1 tbsp]
  • Cinnamon Powder [1/2 tsp]
  • Baking Powder [1 tsp]
  • Baking Soda [1/2 tsp]
  • Oil [1 tbsp]
  • Apple (peeled, mashed) [1/2 medium]
  • Salt [1tsp]

APPLE TOPPING :-

  • Butter [1 tbsp]
  • Apple (peeled, cored, and diced) [1 large]
  • Brown Sugar [1 tbsp]
  • Cinnamon Powder [1 tsp]
  • Maple Syrup [2 tbsp]

HOW TO MAKE PANCAKES :-

1. Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix them.

2. Heat a nonstick pan with a butter and place 2 tablespoons of batter in the pan on low heat.

3. Cook until bubbles on top begin to pop and bottoms are golden brown.

4. Use a spatula to flip the pancake and cook another 1-2 minutes on the other side.

5. Set pancakes aside and repeat with remaining batter, enjoy with topping.


TOPPING FOR PANCAKE :-

1. Add butter, apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon to a medium sauce pan.

2. Stir over medium heat 5-6 minutes until apples are very tender. Stir in syrup, and serve apple topping over warm pancakes.
